What is milling?
milling meaning in Information Science terminology / glossary / dictionary is:Cutting away a small portion of the binding edge of a book (usually less than one-eighth inch) to prepare the sections for adhesive binding or oversewing, an operation done in a bindery by moving the inner edge of the clamped text block over the rotating blades of a milling machine.
