What is Worm?

Worm is (noun) 1. a small thin animal which has no limbs and lives in the soil Birds were pecking at the soil for worms. the early bird catches the worm if you are the first to do something you will beat your rivals 2. a similar tiny animal living inside an animal’s body, usually in the intestines We had to give the dog a tablet to get rid of its worms. (verb) 1. to get worms out of an animal The cat needs to be wormed. 2. to get through by twisting and turning They managed to worm their way into the exhibition. 3. to worm something out of someone to get information out of someone by continually asking questions They managed to worm the combination of the safe out of her.
