What is Letter of No Objection ?

Letter of No Objection meaning The legal statement of a City agency accepting the current status of a property, business, or business practice. A common example is a Letter of No Objection from the NYC Department of Buildings, stating that a given building does not have or now need a Certificate of Occupancy.   See also: Certificate of Occupancy
